How to improve on your life span?



Most of the people on this planet don’t know that life can actually be expanded and you can live longer than you would expect. On the other hand most people shorten their lifespans when they actually think their enjoying life but actually when they are digging graves for themselves.

Let me tell you how people shorten their lifespans in funny ways, first people use dangerous drugs for example  marijuana, cocaine, too much wine and Ciggerates which causes side effects on their healthy hence shortening their lifespans.

For a person who takes such kinds of drugs is most likely to get affected by lung cancer, kidney failure, Liver cancer and so many other diseases ending up in graves. 

Now be a person who doesn’t want to die at an early stage just because of those funny things mostly known as enjoyable things but when actually killing you. Be a person of yourself how by doing what’s right in order to live longer and you never know that your being on earth means greatly to the many around you.

Eat a balanced diet which will be of a great importance to your body and healthy. This will extend on your life span in that you will be able to do more things which a person addicted to drugs won’t be able to do. Reduce on oily things which you eat to prevent blockage of blood veins.
Do excises and drink plenty of water to enable your body function well. Play some games to make your body fit hence chasing away diseases on your side. Seek medical advices from medical workers on how you can live healthy in life. 

Don’t allow stress in your life because the more your life becomes stressful is the more your trying to reduce on your lifespan so leave people who stress you so much alone because they are just digging grave for you. If you are stressed go and have some fun with your friends because I assure you be stressed free.

Don’t do too much work because it makes your body grow weak as the more you keep doing them every day. Get enough rest to refresh your body and mind for proper functioning of your body system.
The above mentioned tips will actually improve your lifespan when you are not even aware of it.
