How to get rid of poverty in Uganda?

Uganda is one of the land locked countries and on the other side the pearl of Africa but it's found out that poverty is increasing at a high speed which is causing un development and increase of high crime rate in the country but am just gonna show you how this can be solved to decrease poverty. One of the first thing which is causing poverty is unemployment in which most of the people are having degrees but not being employed due to scarcity of jobs which results into development of slums where high crime rates give rise from. this can be solved by creating more jobs or starting private businesses, if this is done surely poverty can be decreased and with in some time to come poverty will be no where to be seen hence development. The second thing which is causing poverty is that unprepared marriages in which there is no family planning methods practised ,people start producing like rabbits as if there in a competition for prizes hence being heavy loaded with responsibility which they cannot manage,but this can be controlled and brought to a calm condition by practising family planning methods. The third thing is being lazy and not wanting to workas if there is someone who is going to work for you also brings up poverty but if people get motivated and set goals which they can aim at, poverty will be no where to be seen which will also simplify life. The other thing is that people are not creative in which creativity is something which can make someone rich even if she/he has never stepped into school to acquire knowledge,so people try to be creative ,create your own jobs,small business. Becoming rich does not mean you are going to start with large sums of money but actually it's start from dreaming,setting goals,making plans and then starting to purse what you have set.
