How to workout and keep your body in shape for the longest time?

The body is made of many things which includes muscles ,bones,and so many others in which according to today's generation many people who look health have made their body's in shape so in this am also going to show you how to do this so that you admiring them but also achieve it. There are so may ways on how you can do this and this takes courage ,hard work,determination ,self discipline ,time management ,patience and so many others but as for now let us go with the most important one's. Courage. This means that you need the quality of mind or spirit that enables a person to face difficulty, danger, pain, etc., without fear; bravery. What do i mean shaping a body is not something easy but you have to face all the challenges or whatever it takes to make sure that you achieve that goal.This will include so many things like running ,lifting weights,making push ups on a daily basis and eating a balanced diet.This will not only make your body in shape but also help you to burn those unneccessary fats in your body which will also save you from some diseases. Hard work. This simply means difficult to do or accomplish; fatiguing; troublesome because lifting weights,running and making push ups are not something which are very easy but it will need you to train hard without a negative piece of mind so that you shape that body of yours in order to look health and confident enough to do most of the things .Shaping your body does not only make you look health but also demands more respect for you.What i have seen today with people who have their body,s in shape,looking health,they are given more respect because they worked hard to be where they are. Determination. The act of coming to a decision or of fixing or settling a purpose .This will make you aim higher that goal of shaping you body.If you decide that you are going to be making atleast 200 push ups a day just do it however much hard it may be but never give ,be brave enough to accomplish what you have set and i assure you ,you will make it there. Self discipline. This simply means activity, exercise, or a regimen that develops or improves a skill; training: so if you discipline yourself and do whatever you have set before yourself to be done then everything will become easier and easy to accomplish. This will help you even when you go out to hung with your friends or work you wont find any problems with the people around you so if you wanna be cool work on this for the quality achievements. Time management. The act or manner of managing; handling, direction, or control.You need to always work on time if you want to accomplish many things before it's too late ,most people set time for each work to be done but when that time arrives they postpone it hence entering into another time in which they have done something which will put them in another catogry,so watch out with how you manage your time.If you set time to make 200 push ups in just 15 minutes just do it because i know it's painful but pain is temporary but looking heath is permanent. Patience. this last thing is associated with an ability or willingness to suppress restlessness when confronted with delay,so shaping your body will not come fast as many of us thing but it will require some good time as long as your working out.Just workout on a daily basis and eat well as your patient things will work out by themselves as magic. .
